Job Summary
Partner with the Visual Merchandising Manager to create emotionally engaging two- and three-dimensional displays that reflect customer appreciation for discovery, creativity, and authenticity. Demonstrate awareness of display impact on store sales while engaging customers through floor work and community events. Mentor team members on visual expectations, operational standards, and tool management; attend store meetings to share inspiration and Home Office updates. Collaborate on display planning by sketching ideas, prioritizing projects within visual budgets, and applying seasonal direction to build fixtures and maintain signage. Create and install high-craft interior and window displays, manage clean de-installation, and maintain back-of-house areas and sales floor repairs. Work early morning weekday shifts to support zone coverage and business needs.

- Previous experience with building, drafting, and a working knowledge of power tools (including but not limited to circular saw, miter/chop saw, jig saw)
- Ability to provide examples of previous work or portfolio
- Willingness to consistently work early morning weekday shifts
