Anthropologie Department Manager - Service & Styling

Lead the service, selling, and styling operations to achieve an engaging store environment by directing customer experience, driving sales metrics, and empowering the team to utilize technology for frictionless transactions. Oversee training, development, and accountability for the CEM program while managing styling initiatives that cultivate relationships and generate new business. Support store operations through opening/closing, restocking, standards, cleanliness, IT, facilities, and loss prevention efforts. Assess sales forecasts to optimize peak hours, manage product flow from shipment to floor placement, and maintain omni fill rates. Contribute to an inclusive environment by amplifying diverse perspectives, sharing product knowledge, and communicating customer and staff feedback to the Store Manager.
