Job Summary
Lead service, selling, and styling to achieve an engaging store environment by developing others and collaborating with key partners. Provide extraordinary service where all customers feel welcome, heard, and valued, empowering the team to drive sales and metrics using key performance indicators. Teach associates to deliver a frictionless experience through technology, upselling, and cultivating individualized connections. Oversee training, development, and accountability for the CEM program while driving the styling program to generate new business. Contribute to sales forecasts to optimize peak hours, manage opening/closing, restocking, and loss prevention, and support product flow processes. Support the Store Manager in curating local events, onboarding external talent, and maintaining omni fill rates.
Required Qualifications
- Anthro brand fan
- 2+ years of retail leadership experience
- Strong merchant skills and a history of delivering financial results
- Proven record of developing great talent
- Ability to work flexible hours to meet the needs of the store including nights, weekends, and holidays
