Job Summary
Manage back of house operations and omni service processes by prioritizing product flow and replenishment based on merchant impact. Strategically process order queues and daily workloads to prevent backlog, limit cancellations, and prioritize expedited orders while adhering to processing, tagging, and visual merchandising standards. Maintain organization in the sales floor and back of house, use store technology to ensure seamless omni-channel experiences, and exceed customer expectations through proper packaging. Lead shipment receipt, security tagging, and product placement while overseeing organizational standards for receiving, shipping, and supply areas. Communicate daily with leadership regarding Omni, shipment, and restock progress to maximize efficiency and uphold safety and inventory accuracy standards.
Required Qualifications
- Ability to work flexible hours to meet the needs of the store product flow and omni channel demand (including mornings, nights, and weekends)
- Proven track record in leading operational processes and achieving measurable results
- Eagerness to learn and grow within the organization
