Job Summary
Manage back of house operations and omni service processes by prioritizing product flow and replenishment based on merchant impact. Strategically process order queues and daily workloads to prevent backlog, limit cancellations, and prioritize expedited orders. Adhere to processing, tagging, and visual merchandising standards while maintaining organization in both the sales floor and back of house. Effectively lead the product flow process, including shipment receipt, security tagging, and preparing product for the floor. Oversee back of house standards, inventory accuracy, and supply needs to support store profitability and brand standards. Communicate daily with leadership regarding omni, shipment, and restock progress to ensure task completion and efficiency.
Required Qualifications
- Ability to work flexible hours to meet the needs of the store product flow and omni channel demand (including mornings, nights, and weekends)
- Proven track record in leading operational processes and achieving measurable results
- Eagerness to learn and grow within the organization
