Job Summary
Manage back of house operations and omni service processes by prioritizing product flow and replenishment based on merchant impact. Strategically process order queues to prevent backlog, limit cancellations, and maintain proper customer touchpoints while adhering to processing, tagging, and visual merchandising standards. Effectively lead shipment receipt, security tagging, and product preparation for the floor, ensuring timely visual execution and seamless omni-channel experiences. Keep sales floors and back of house organized, clean, and stocked to support profitability and brand standards. Communicate daily with leadership to escalate issues and maximize efficiency.
Required Qualifications
- Ability to work flexible hours to meet the needs of the store product flow and omni channel demand (including mornings, nights, and weekends)
- Proven track record in leading operational processes and achieving measurable results
