Job Summary
Manage back of house operations and omni service processes by prioritizing product flow and replenishment based on merchant impact. Strategically process order queues and daily workloads to prevent backlog, limit cancellations, and prioritize expedited orders while adhering to processing and tagging standards. Maintain organization in the sales floor and back of house, ensuring clean receiving, shipping, stock, and supply areas to support store profitability. Oversee visual merchandising, packaging standards, and omni-channel execution to exceed customer expectations. Communicate daily with leadership on shipment, restock, and organization issues, collaborating to maximize efficiency and maintain service level agreements.
Required Qualifications
- Ability to work flexible hours to meet the needs of the store product flow and omni channel demand (including mornings, nights, and weekends)
- Proven track record in leading operational processes and achieving measurable results
- Eagerness to learn and grow within the organization
