Job Summary
Lead the salesfloor and drive engagement across zones by upholding a service culture that cultivates an environment where all customers feel welcome and valued. Actively participate in recruiting, hiring, and onboarding to ensure a diverse, engaged team while championing employee development through initiatives like the SPARKED Journal and team building. Support daily operating processes including opening and closing procedures, restocking, and markdowns, while collaborating with partners to execute shipment and omni fulfillment. Provide feedback on training needs to optimize scheduling and payroll allocation, and check in with leadership to maintain communication on store objectives. Requires 1+ years of retail leadership experience and the ability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays.
