Job Summary
Lead the salesfloor and drive engagement across zones by upholding a service culture that ensures all customers feel welcome and valued. Act as a brand representative to foster an inclusive environment while supporting the leadership team in promoting unique customer events. Manage the recruiting, hiring, and onboarding process to retain a diverse team, utilizing brand resources for employee development and recognition. Execute daily operating procedures including opening/closing, restocking, and facility support, while collaborating on shipment fulfillment and markdowns. Provide feedback on training needs to optimize scheduling and payroll allocation. Contribute to an inclusive work environment by actively listening and sharing store priorities with the team.
Required Qualifications
- Anthro brand fan
- 1+ years of retail leadership experience
- Ability to work flexible hours to meet the needs of the store including nights, weekends, and holidays
