Job Summary
Lead the salesfloor and drive engagement across store zones by upholding extraordinary service standards and fostering a positive, inclusive environment aligned with SPARKED values. Actively participate in recruiting, hiring, and onboarding to build a diverse team while championing employee development through brand resources and recognition initiatives. Support daily operations including opening/closing procedures, restocking, visual standards, and shipment execution to achieve store objectives. Provide insights on customer and staff experiences to the Service and Styling Manager to optimize scheduling and payroll allocation.
Required Qualifications

- 1+ years of retail leadership experience
- Experience being a team player
- Ability to work flexible hours to meet the needs of the store including nights, weekends, and holidays
