Anthropologie Assistant Department Manager

Lead the salesfloor and drive engagement in each zone while upholding a service culture that cultivates an environment where all customers feel welcome. Act as a brand representative to promote a positive, inclusive store environment and support leadership in fostering community through continued education on brand initiatives. Participate in recruiting, hiring, and onboarding to retain a diverse team, while championing employee development through initiatives like the SPARKED Journal. Manage daily operating processes including opening and closing, restocking, and facilities support, and collaborate with partners to execute shipment and fulfillment processes. Provide feedback on training needs to optimize scheduling and payroll allocation. Requires 1+ years of retail leadership experience; flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays.
