Job Summary
Lead the salesfloor and drive engagement across each zone while upholding a service culture that cultivates an environment where all customers feel welcome and valued. Actively participate in recruiting, hiring, and onboarding to ensure a diverse and engaged team, utilizing brand resources to champion employee development and support initiatives like the SPARKED Journal. Support daily operating processes including opening and closing procedures, restocking product, and markdowns while collaborating with key partners to execute shipment and omni fulfillment processes. Provide feedback on team training needs to support optimal scheduling and payroll allocation, and communicate insights related to the customer and staff experience to the Service and Styling Manager.
Required Qualifications
- Anthro brand fan
- 1+ years of retail leadership experience
- Experience being a team player
- Ability to work flexible hours to meet the needs of the store including nights, weekends, and holidays
