Job Summary
Lead the salesfloor and drive engagement in each zone while acting as a brand representative to uphold a positive, inclusive environment. Support store leadership in recruiting, hiring, and onboarding staff, and champion employee development through initiatives like the SPARKED Journal and team building activities. Manage daily operating processes including opening/closing, restocking, and facilities support, while collaborating on shipment execution and markdowns. Provide feedback on training needs to optimize scheduling and payroll, and communicate customer and staff insights to the Service and Styling Manager to achieve store objectives.
Required Qualifications
- Anthro brand fan
- 1+ years of retail leadership experience
- Ability to work flexible hours to meet the needs of the store including nights, weekends, and holidays
