Anthropologie Assistant Department Manager

Lead the salesfloor and drive engagement across zones by upholding a service culture that demonstrates extraordinary care for all customers. Act as a brand representative to foster an inclusive environment, while actively participating in recruiting, hiring, and onboarding to build a diverse, engaged team. Support daily operations including opening and closing procedures, restocking product, and executing shipment and omni fulfillment processes. Provide feedback on training needs to optimize scheduling and payroll allocation, ensuring the store meets its objectives. Collaborate with leadership to promote unique customer events that deepen connections with the local community.
