Job Summary

Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care for assigned antepartum patients while setting priorities based on varying acuity. Document care clearly and concisely, develop comprehensive educational and discharge plans, and administer medications safely according to established policies. Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, participate in quality improvement programs, and contribute to unit goals and objectives. Maintain continuity through clear communication and utilize research findings to enhance clinical practice. This role requires a Registered Nurse with a Bachelor's Degree in Nursing and two years of acute antenatal care experience. The position involves a 24-hour rotating shift at The Brigham and Women's Hospital, with an hourly pay range of $41.71 to $105.65.
