Job Summary
Install, maintain, and repair antennas on towers and other high-altitude locations while conducting technical inspections and equipment setup. Climb masts to connect wind farms, manage festival connectivity, and ensure 4G/5G coverage, strictly following safety protocols. Troubleshoot and resolve network disruptions across onshore and offshore sites. This role requires no fear of heights, physical stamina for climbing, and flexibility to travel across the Netherlands, including overnight stays if needed. Candidates must follow rigorous safety instructions, hold or obtain VCA certification, and possess a B or BE driving license.
Required Qualifications

- Je bent indien noodzakelijk bereid te overnachten in hotels
- Je bent technisch onderlegt
- Je wilt op de hoogte blijven van de nieuwste relevante ontwikkelingen
- Je hebt een actieve en flexibele werkhouding
- Je bent in het bezit van VCA of bereidt deze te halen
- Je kan een GPI volgen
- Je kan indien noodzakelijk een VOG overleggen
- Je bent al in het bezit van het certificaat redding op hoogte en veilig werken op hoogte of bent bereidt deze te halen
Desired Qualifications
- Ervaring als antennebouwer
- Je bent bekend met het werken met de Microsoft Office programma's
- Een rijbewijs B of BE
