Job Summary
Paint and corrosion control of antenna surfaces, weld structural members, and install or repair motors, pumps, and hydraulic hoses. Execute preventive and predictive maintenance using IR, oil analysis, and vibration monitors to predict failures. Perform hoisting activities for heavy equipment up to 150 feet, traverse structures with double lanyard techniques, work on tall scaffolding, grout assemblies, and align major mechanical systems. Interface with internal and external customers while performing all duties assigned consistent with this classification.
Required Qualifications
- BS 0-2 Years or HS 6-8
- Have the ability to obtain a California class "B" driver's license
- Must be able to carry 50lbs
- Must be able to obtain a trusted background check and pass a National Criminal Information Check (NCIC)
- To obtain clearance, you need to be a US Citizen and show proof of citizenship
- You must possess and retain a valid California Real ID driver's license
