Job Summary
Design antennas and RF solutions for next-generation hearing products, driving development from concept exploration to product release. Perform simulation, modeling, prototyping, and optimization of antenna solutions while analyzing performance through measurements and systematic investigations. Establish design guidelines and best practices, explore new antenna concepts, and support root-cause analysis for wireless challenges. Work within the Radio Systems team in Ballerup, Denmark, collaborating across software, electronics, and acoustics to define future wireless solutions for hearing aids.
Required Qualifications
- degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field
- solid experience designing and evaluating antennas and RF systems
- Understand electromagnetics, antenna theory and radio propagation
- experienced with electromagnetic simulation tools such as HFSS, CST or similar
- practical experience with antenna and RF measurements and laboratory equipment, including network analyzers and spectrum analyzers
- proficient in English, both spoken and written
