Job Summary
Antenatal Clinical Nurse Manager responsible for unit leadership, quality of care, and service delivery in the OLGMC Antenatal area. Provides leadership and support to staff development, manages personnel, supplies, and equipment, and ensures quality of care, patient satisfaction, and cost-effective operations. Requires BSN, an RN license, 3 years of RN experience with at least 1 year in a charge nurse/leadership role, BLS certification, and strong leadership and organizational skills. The role emphasizes nursing leadership, clinical knowledge, performance improvement, and compliance with regulatory standards within an Ochsner Health Magnet-focused facility.
Required Qualifications
- Graduate of an accredited school of nursing
- Bachelor's Degree in Nursing ( BSN ) required for all Ochsner Magnet Facilities
- 3 years of experience as an RN including 1 year as a charge nurse, supervisor or leader
- Current registered nurse (RN) license in state of practice
- Basic Life Support (BLS) Certification through American Heart Association
