Job Summary
Principal, Amelia-Nottoway Technical Center leads the administration and supervision of a high school technical center, providing instructional leadership, ensuring CTE program compliance, leading data-driven improvement efforts, coordinating with county and state education bodies, managing staff performance and development, and communicating policies and progress to stakeholders. Key duties include advising superintendents, developing and implementing instructional programs, overseeing CTE curriculum alignment with state guidelines, preparing reports to boards and central offices, supervising staff, coordinating budgeting and facilities support, and fostering collaboration with community partners to support student learning and program goals.
Required Qualifications
- Valid Postgraduate Professional license with endorsement in Administration and Supervision
- Three to five years teaching and/or administrative experience (Career and Technical Education experience preferred)
