Job Summary
Resident Engineer (SW / HW) stationed on-site at the OEM site acts as the primary technical contact between the Aumovio project team and the customer, coordinating between Project Manager, Engineering, and other stakeholders; responsible for change management, monitoring progress and milestones, ensuring deliverables meet quality standards, risk identification and mitigation, and reporting outcomes or risks to management. Requires strong embedded firmware and hardware debugging skills, experience with CAD vehicle architecture (Catia, Creo, Prisma, PDM tools), and proficiency in English and Japanese; 3 years in R&D and 2 years in customer relations, with ability to translate customer complaints into technical tasks and maintain effective cross-functional communication.
