Job Summary
Director-level role focused on growing and strategizing within AmeriLife’s annuity insurance distribution network. Responsibilities include building and maintaining relationships with agents, recruiting and onboarding agents, collaborating with carrier partners, and contributing to marketing campaigns and growth initiatives. Base pay plus 10% commissions, comprehensive benefits, and emphasis on pay transparency and equal opportunity. Requires experience in life/health insurance and a track record of sales leadership, channel development, and partner management.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years of life or health insurance experience (as an agent or wholesaler)
- Interest in helping agents succeed in the annuity marketplace
- Experience building and maintaining relationships with a network of agents
- Ability to recruit and onboard new agents
- Collaboration with carrier partners to strengthen relationships and maximize value
- Comfort contributing to marketing campaigns and incentive programs
- Wamiliarity with compensation structures including base pay and commissions
- Background screening compliance
