Review and prepare annuity exchange forms for committee review, acting as a liaison with field agents, carriers, and the PFSI Pre-Approval Committee to present accurate transaction details. Create records, update systems, and document results to ensure real-time decisions, while performing quality control checks and daily reconciliation on processed work. Assist management in monitoring statistical data, testing systems, and hosting or supporting committee meetings by reviewing pending forms, preparing agendas, and recording decisions. Send carrier verifications, request missing letters, and escalate exceptions as needed. Hybrid role in Duluth, GA, with a salary up to $45K.
