Job Summary
Own end-to-end onboarding for Wealth Managers and financial professionals, coordinating across internal stakeholders to deliver a consistent experience from intake through activation. Configure and maintain annuity products on the platform, ensuring data integrity and timely updates. Collaborate on Hexure integration and configuration, supporting implementation, testing, and optimization of product setups. Serve as a liaison to the Sales team, communicating platform capabilities and operational timelines to support client acquisition. Partner with Engineering teams to identify and resolve platform issues, managing client expectations through proactive communication and structured issue tracking. Employees work in the office Monday-Thursday with remote flexibility on Friday.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree
- concentration in finance, business, or a related field
- 2–5 years of operational or client-facing experience in the financial services industry
- demonstrated exposure to annuities or insurance products
- Experience with Hexure or comparable insurance and annuity configuration platforms
- Proven ability to work cross-functionally and support senior stakeholders
- comfortable translating strategic priorities into operational action
- Exceptional communication and relationship management skills
- ability to interface confidently with clients, partners, and internal leadership
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail
- capable of managing multiple workstreams and prioritizing effectively in a fast-moving environment
- Self-starter with a proactive, solutions-oriented mindset
- genuine desire to contribute to a high-growth fintech organization
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Employees in this role will work in the office Monday-Thursday, with the flexibility to work remotely on Friday
Desired Qualifications
