Job Summary
Annual Giving Officer responsible for leading a multi-channel fundraising program to increase donor participation and annual fund revenue, including digital campaigns, donor stewardship, portfolio management, in-person and virtual solicitations, and management of the AI-powered Virtual Engagement Officer platform to enhance donor outreach and engagement. Supports collaboration with advancement, marketing, and campus partners to produce compelling donor-centered messaging, analyze campaign performance, and meet donor visits and revenue goals. Requires a Bachelor’s degree or higher and at least two years of related fundraising/advancement experience; experience with CRM systems and digital fundraising is preferred.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or higher
- Two (2) years of related fundraising/advancement experience
- Experience utilizing CRM systems or donor databases
- Experience with digital fundraising, email marketing, social media campaigns, and online giving platforms
- Ability to analyze data and use insights to improve fundraising performance
- Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills
