Job Summary
The Annual Fund and Database Manager leads Legacy Christian Academy’s annual giving program (The Legacy Fund) and provides essential database management, donor analytics, reporting, and advancement operations support. Responsibilities include developing and executing a comprehensive year-round fundraising plan with measurable goals, communicating the school’s mission and impact through donor-centered storytelling, planning and executing annual fundraising events and engagement activities, building relationships with current and prospective donors, and supporting broader advancement initiatives and campaigns.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree, Master’s preferred, or equivalent combination of education and experience
- 2–5 years of experience in fundraising, advancement, nonprofit development, donor relations, or database management preferred
- Strong Christian faith and alignment with school mission and values
- Demonstrated expertise in database management, data accuracy, and maintaining confidentiality
- Strong strategic thinking and analytical skills with the ability to use data to drive fundraising effectiveness
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with internal and external stakeholders
- Strong organizational and project management skills with exceptional attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple priorities, work under pressure, and meet deadlines
- Ability to collaborate effectively with administration, faculty, staff, volunteers, and donors
- Proficiency with Blackbaud NXT, FACTS, Microsoft Excel, Google Workspace, and donor databases/CRM systems
