Job Summary
Six-month Summer/Fall 2026 Annual Fund Co-op, full-time, based in Boston, provides hands-on experience across donor communications, marketing, and development functions. Responsibilities include researching and developing patron program communications, supporting administrative facets of annual giving, drafting letters and emails, coordinating content for webpages and social media, assisting with stewardship and recognition initiatives, supporting volunteer committees and donor meetings, managing short- and long-term special projects, and supporting events and board meetings. Requires strong organizational and writing skills; comfortable working with Excel, Word, Outlook, and CRM databases; on-site presence every Tuesday and Wednesday at the Brighton office for July–December 2026, with potential additional days as needed. Salary: $19/hour, six months, July 2026–December 2026.
Required Qualifications
- Must be enrolled in a formal co-op program while obtaining a higher education degree.
