Job Summary
The Annual Fund & Grants Manager at Cristo Rey Jesuit High School Milwaukee leads year-round cultivation, solicitations, and stewardship to grow individual and foundation donor support through the annual fund, oversees grant writing and reporting, and ensures data integrity and donor management. The role collaborates across the Advancement team (including the Marketing and Communications Supervisor and Events & Community Engagement Manager) to build a robust pipeline, track fundraising progress with KPIs, and advance mission-aligned fundraising initiatives. Responsibilities include planning comprehensive annual appeals, managing donor portfolios, identifying and soliciting gifts of $1,000+, prioritizing grant proposals, producing impact reports, developing recurring-gift strategies, and supporting professional development within a fast-paced environment. Qualifications include a Bachelor's degree and 5+ years of fundraising experience; CFRE encouraged; proficiency with Microsoft Office and Google Suite and DonorPerfect experience preferred; strong interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills; commitment to Catholic Ignatian values. This is a 12-month, full-time position with Milwaukee, WI as the primary location, and involves occasional participation in community events.
