[Annotations] Operations Program Manager

Scale AI seeks an Operations Program Manager focused on data creation for robotics model training. You’ll design and execute solutions, tools, and processes to deliver high-quality training datasets at scale, ensure precise, timely delivery for perception/manipulation/autonomous decision-making, and manage pilots, tests, and handovers to operators. You’ll collaborate across Engineering, Marketing, Operations, Analytics, and other teams to improve processes globally, build detailed reporting for leadership, and drive data-driven operational outcomes. Ideal candidates have an analytics-heavy undergraduate degree (and/or a graduate degree) from a top university, experience leading day-to-day activities and process improvements, and strong analytical, planning, and cross-functional collaboration skills. Nice-to-haves include experience with SQL and Python (or Mode Notepad). Note: a 90-day waiting period is required before reconsidering candidates for the same role.
