Job Summary
Business Analyst for BRM IT Solutions driving standard processes and IT-enabled transformation across Consumer IT Solutions, collaborating with Radius implementation teams, engaging business power users, and ensuring process adherence and continuous improvement aligned with product enhancements and business needs. Acts as a liaison between business stakeholders and IT, supports user acceptance testing and cut-over activities, and provides training to ensure compliance with Radius standard model processes. Travel as required to support implementation and operations.
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in a manufacturing environment or IT roles is preferred.
- Educated to degree level in a related field such as IT or Business or occupational equivalent.
