Job Summary

Provide Service and Maintenance Support for standard and complex treasury management products to business clients, including Treasury Portal, Remote Deposit Capture, Wire Origination, ACH Origination, Fraud Services, File Services, Virtual Account Manager, Lockbox, Bank Check Express, Payment Link, and more. Manage day-to-day maintenance processes including preparation and execution of documentation, obtaining client and internal approvals, submission to Operations, and validation of configuration. Maintain a pipeline of support cases with continuous monitoring and resolution tracking in Salesforce. Collaborate with clients, relationship teams and operations to ensure timely task completion, high accuracy, and compliance with bank policies and treasury procedures. Must have knowledge of Treasury Management products and services, strong organizational skills, attention to detail, excellent customer service, and effective written and oral communication. Ensure client files and records are maintained, upload correspondence and executed documents to Salesforce and shared drives. The role requires adherence to bank compliance and treasury-specific policies, and cross-functional coordination to resolve client needs.

Required Qualifications

  • 3-4 years Customer Service experience required
  • 3-4 years Direct exposure to working with Treasury Management products and services preferred
