Oversee and control industrial waste incineration and energy generation plants during 24/7 shift operations, either via rounds or from the command center. Immediately identify malfunctions and initiate appropriate corrective measures while performing daily maintenance and service to keep equipment in top condition. Actively support revision and upkeep projects, taking on special assignments as needed while maintaining a clean and safe workspace. Requires a completed vocational training with industrial know-how, flexibility for 24/7 shifts, and experience with large-scale industrial plants. The role offers development paths to deputy or full shift leader, including training to become a heating plant manager, within a stable, future-oriented environment serving multiple municipalities.
