Conduct individual repairs, maintenance, and troubleshooting for heating and boiler systems in occupied apartments. Locate leaks in water systems and pipelines, perform moisture measurements to assess damage scope, and execute modernization and renovation work within living spaces. Document all completed tasks. Requires completed vocational training in heating, ventilation, or plumbing, Class B driver's license, and flexibility for shifts exceeding eight hours.
