Job Summary
Coordinate daily operations of assigned areas, supervising and motivating hourly staff while ensuring smooth workflow and high-quality guest service. Assist the Theatre General Manager in organizing strategy, training new hires, and maintaining employee records. Communicate with guests to evaluate needs, handle inquiries and complaints, and resolve conflicts. Secure adherence to company policies, manage inventory, and support opening/closing procedures and cash handling. Perform varied tasks including cleaning, ticket sales, and stocking supplies. Open and close regularly with the ability to stand, lift up to 35 pounds, and work in high-stress, fast-paced environments. Previous management experience required.
Required Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years old at the time of hire
- Must be willing to obtain R-Serving (for candidates 21+), Food Handler, and/or Food Manager certifications in accordance with state, county, and location-specific requirements
- Must have a valid driver's license and vehicle insurance for running errands
- Must have the availability to open and/or close regularly
- Previous experience in a similar management role needed
- Must be able to stand and walk for extended periods during the work shift, with limited opportunities to sit
- Must be able to bend, stoop, kneel, crouch, and reach as needed to perform duties
- Must be able to move, lift, stock, and transport boxes or supplies weighing up to 35 pounds safely
- Must have mental stamina and focus to manage high-stress, fast-paced, and busy periods while making decisions and coordinating staff
Desired Qualifications
- Must be willing to obtain R-Serving (for candidates 21+), Food Handler, and/or Food Manager certifications in accordance with state, county, and location-specific requirements. Religious exemptions are available upon request with written documentation for liquor liability certification. All required certifications will be paid for by the company.
