Job Summary
Conduct psychiatric diagnostics, somatic assessments, and risk stratification for clients with severe mental health issues within a multidisciplinary team. Deliver professional care focused on building trust and addressing complex behavioral challenges involving addiction and deviant behavior. Participate in weekly psychiatric education sessions and the De-escalation Intervention Method (DIM) training to refine clinical skills. Operate under the supervision of a psychiatrist while contributing to medical policy and treatment planning.
