Job Summary
Conduct outpatient psychiatric care for young adults at the VIP Team or adults at FACT Teams, combining somatic, psychiatric, and social medicine. Perform clinical reasoning in patients' homes, lead diagnostic skills development, and manage medication interviews and supportive conversations. Collaborate with psychiatrists, psychologists, and nurses to provide integrated care while recognizing psychiatric comorbidities and social issues. Maintain caseloads as a partial primary treatment provider, coordinate with referrers and family members, and manage correspondence for patient intake and discharge. Work under physician supervision within a multidisciplinary team.
Required Qualifications
- Een afgeronde opleiding Geneeskunde
- Een geldige BIG-registratie
- Bereidheid om in onregelmatige diensten te werken
- Affiniteit met complexe psychiatrie en wijkgericht werken
- Goede communicatieve en interculturele vaardigheden
- Flexibiliteit en bereidheid om op verschillende locaties te werken, afhankelijk van de capaciteitsbehoefte en jouw voorkeur
- Een Verklaring Omtrent het Gedrag (VOG)
