Job Summary
Conduct medical diagnostics and treatment for residents with complex psychogeriatric and chronic somatic conditions while developing care plans and leading visits. Participate in multidisciplinary meetings and support residents and their families under the supervision of a Specialist Ouderengeneeskunde. Balance medical interventions with quality of life and resident preferences within a team including nurses, psychologists, and paramedics. Work 28 hours per week split between De Stichtse Hof in Laren and De Bolder in Huizen, with availability for weekend, evening, or night shifts and mandatory Wednesday coverage. Requires BIG-registered Basisarts status, own transport, and a driver's license. Salary ranges from €4,822.50 to €7,263.94 monthly under the CAO VVT, FWG 65 collective agreement.
