Deploy the safety policy across a 350-person site by updating regulations on human-machine and machine safety, environmental norms, and the Document Unique. Collect safety feedback, pilot the Bird pyramid, and manage the internal safety relay network. Lead AT/MP investigations, analyze root causes, and drive the prevention plan and ICPE dossier interface with DREAL and MSA. Communicate internal safety and environmental updates, deliver training sessions, and support managers in daily policy deployment. Manage waste, assist in the prevention plan, and oversee the annual risk prevention program. Requires Bac+2/3 in QHSE, project management skills, and knowledge of chemical risks and accident analysis methods.
