Job Summary
Supervise school-based staff and youth while planning, implementing, and evaluating programs focused on character, leadership, health lifestyles, workforce readiness, and academic success at Animas Valley Elementary School. Manage daily operations for a 25-30 hour weekly schedule running from 1:00 pm to 6:00 pm, with flexible hours available to accommodate college students or those with additional employment. Maintain a minimum of 455 working hours with youth in groups of four or more while holding a four-year degree, two-year degree, or 60 semester hours.
