Job Summary

Position responsible for general care of shelter animals, including feeding, cleaning, and observing animals’ well-being. Requires high school diploma equivalent and knowledge of animal care. No relocation assistance or H1B sponsorship provided.

Required Qualifications

  • General knowledge of companion animal care, welfare, behavior, breeds, and species.
  • Effective soft skills or interpersonal skills for dealing with Team Members, volunteers, and the public, in person, in writing, and over the telephone.
  • Correct conversational English, including spelling, grammar, and punctuation.
  • General computer skills.

Additional Requirements

  • Incumbent may need to be at least 21 years of age and possess a valid Class C Nevada Driver License.
  • Clean driving record for those under 25 with specific driving history.
