Job Summary
Assist veterinarians with routine general practice procedures including exams, diagnostics, anesthesia monitoring, lab work, venipuncture, and catheter placement. Support surgical cases such as spay/neuter and mass removals while managing patient flow, intake, and client communication. Collaborate with the GP team to shape workflows and best practices from the launch of this new facility. Requires a licensed or credentialed veterinary technician with at least 12 months of small animal practice experience. Full-time role with a flexible Monday-Thursday schedule starting September 2026, offering $28-$32 per hour plus a sign-on bonus.
Required Qualifications
- Licensed/Credentialed veterinary technician
- Minimum 1 2 years of experience in small animal practice including surgery
- Excellent communication skills with clients and colleagues
- Comfortable using practice management software and diagnostic equipment
- Demonstrates compassion, teamwork, initiative, and respect
- Must be available for flexible 4-day schedule to start, set schedule of Monday - Thursday (7:30am to 6pm) schedule as of September 2026
- Must be available for potential for schedule change or start time change in future, or weekend day with growth
- Must be available for No weekends or major holidays
