Job Summary
Oversee playgroup supervision by managing dog behavior and playtime while maintaining cleanliness standards for kennels and play areas. Provide daily care including feeding pets per instructions, ensuring fresh water and clean bedding, and administering medication per veterinary guidance. Solve problems related to dogs in care and work proactively with initiative on center tasks. Communicate effectively with team members and pet parents regarding guest service and safety protocols. Maintain high cleaning standards by washing dishes, mopping floors, and managing unpleasant messes.
Required Qualifications
- A flexible schedule
- Willingness to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
- Previous petcare/animal experience
- Love for animals
- Comfortable with dogs of all sizes and breeds
- An ability to stand/work upright for multiple hours at a time, in all weather types
- Able to lift at least 50 lbs and remain active throughout your shift
