Job Summary
Overnight full-time Animal Care Monitor performing monitoring of animal areas and life support systems, conducting routine rounds, recognizing and reporting changes in animal behavior and facility systems, communicating updates during shift changes, and taking corrective actions as trained. Works independently during overnight hours, assists with special projects, and complies with safety practices, Animal Care policies, and AZA standards.
Required Qualifications
- One-year certificate from a college or technical school OR three to six months of related experience and/or training OR any equivalent combination of education and experience
