Job Summary
Conduct daily cleaning and disinfecting of animal enclosures, supplies, and dog play yards while safely handling domestic animals. Feed animals, administer medications, and track health and behavior records. Greet volunteers, visitors, and adopters, provide adoption counseling, complete database entries, and process payments accurately. Collaborate with trainers and coordinators to implement learned skills in dog care and management. Assist with adoption promotions, special events, and marketing materials. This role requires weekend and holiday availability and includes moderate to heavy physical labor such as lifting 50lbs and performing laundry. Candidates must be dependable with reliable transportation and possess excellent communication skills.

- Ability to bend, twist, and to lift at least 50lbs
- Ability to perform moderate to heavy physical labor
- Ability to handle animals, including large canines
