Job Summary
Develop a cloud-based web dashboard using Angular and NodeJS to process healthcare EDI data. Design, build, and maintain RESTful APIs in Java and/or NodeJS, integrate with internal data services, and deliver live/historical EDI data. Support an Angular frontend, collaborate with C#/.NET and AWS data engineers, write clean, testable code, perform unit/integration testing, and support deployment and monitoring on AWS. Apply Agile practices, use Git/GitHub for version control, and communicate with stakeholders across a distributed team.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related technical discipline
- 8+ years of software development experience with strong back-end focus (Java and/or NodeJS)
- 8+ years of experience designing and consuming RESTful APIs in healthcare or enterprise environments
- Experience with Java and/or NodeJS back-end integration work and Angular front-end UI
- Hands-on Angular experience with API integration
- Knowledge of HIPAA compliance in API/web apps
- Experience with containerization (Docker, ECS, EKS)
- Experience with cloud (AWS/Azure)
- Experience with unit/integration testing (JUnit, Jest)
- Experience with Git/GitHub workflows
- US Citizenship required for this opportunity
