Job Summary
Lead the design and development of scalable Angular applications while defining front-end architecture, implementing best practices, and ensuring code quality and performance. Mentor and manage a team of front-end developers through code reviews, guide best practices, and drive adoption of modern development tools and AI-assisted workflows. Collaborate with product, UX, backend teams, and stakeholders to participate in technical discussions, solution design, and reviews, while supporting client interactions and project delivery. Requires 8–12 years of IT experience with expertise in Angular, TypeScript, RxJS, state management, and unit testing.
Required Qualifications
- 8–12 years of IT experience with strong Angular development
- Expertise in Angular, TypeScript, and RxJS
- Strong knowledge of HTML, CSS/SCSS, and REST API integration
- Experience in front-end architecture and design patterns
- Hands-on experience with state management (NgRx or similar)
- Experience with unit testing (Jasmine/Karma or equivalent)
- Exposure to CI/CD pipelines and Agile methodologies
- Proven experience in leading or mentoring development teams
Desired Qualifications
- Experience with AI-powered developer tools (GitHub Copilot, ChatGPT)
- Exposure to micro-frontend architecture
- Knowledge of performance optimization and accessibility standards
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP)
- Experience in client-facing roles
