Job Summary
Develop high-quality, user-friendly web applications using the Angular framework, TypeScript, and JavaScript while collaborating with peers to ensure code is well-documented and maintainable. Participate in code reviews to provide constructive feedback and apply standard techniques for timely project delivery using task management tools. Stay current with front-end development trends, manage NPM packages, and integrate external APIs within an Agile environment. This role emphasizes 80% time spent thinking through solutions before coding, supported by experienced teams and long-term client relationships.
Required Qualifications
- Proficiency in Angular framework with Typescript and JavaScript as language
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Experience with RESTful APIs and multiple JavaScript frameworks
- Proficiency in at least one web application ecosystem which includes equal focus on task and code management
- Following Comment Driven Development, that is, maximizing usage of task/code/project management platforms to drive the development instead of communicating via chat or call with peers
- Strong understanding of web development concepts and technologies such as HTML, and CSS
- Experience with Themes, Bootstrap, and flexible grid systems
- Proficient in using Git for version control and collaboration
- Competent in designing and integrating external APIs
- Knowledgeable in various cloud services
- Proficient in managing NPM packages
- Experienced in unit testing with tools like Karma or Jasmine
- Hands-on experience with Agile software development practices
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
