Job Summary
Develop and maintain responsive web applications using Angular (v18+) and C#/.NET for the ICE BI application, leveraging AI-assisted tools to accelerate delivery while validating generated code for security and correctness. Design RESTful APIs, optimize performance across frontend and backend layers, and participate in code reviews to ensure scalability and adherence to project conventions. Diagnose stack traces, refactor legacy code under supervision, and generate technical documentation while strictly avoiding the pasting of sensitive data or proprietary IP into external AI services. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality software solutions within the Data Analytics segment.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, Engineering, or a related field
- 3+ years of frontend development using Angular
- 3+ years of backend development using C# and ASP.NET Core
- Strong understanding of TypeScript, HTML5, CSS3, and RxJS
- Experience with Entity Framework and SQL Server
- Familiarity with RESTful API design and integration
- Experience with version control systems (Git)
- Knowledge of CSLA framework
- Hands-on experience with at least one AI coding assistant integrated into a daily development workflow
- Awareness of AI limitations, model hallucinations, knowledge cutoffs, security/IP risks of pasting code into external services
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
Desired Qualifications
- Experience with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices
- Familiarity with cloud platforms such as Azure or AWS
- Knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies
- Experience with unit testing frameworks
