Job Summary

Provide procedural support as a circulating, scrub, or monitoring technologist while operating angiography and interventional imaging equipment to obtain high-quality images. Prepare patients for procedures, verify identification and orders, and assist physicians during diagnostic and interventional procedures. Maintain sterile technique, adhere to infection prevention and radiation safety standards, and manage supplies, equipment, and documentation. Monitor patients throughout procedures, communicate relevant information to the care team, and support post-procedure care including hemostasis management and sheath removal. Work full-time, four days per week with rotating Monday through Friday hours, including weekend and holiday call rotations with applicable pay.

Required Qualifications

  • ARRT certification
  • Current BLS certification
  • Current state licensure
  • Must be able to lift and utilize full range of movement to transfer patients
  • Will also bend to retrieve, lift, and carry supplies and equipment
  • Typically includes items of varying weights, up to and including heavy items
  • Need to walk and assist with transporting/ambulating patients
  • Often required to navigate crowded and busy rooms
  • May be expected to stand in a stationary position for a long time
  • Additional Details: Weekend and holiday call required
  • rotating call schedule with applicable call pay and callback premium compensation

Desired Qualifications

  • 1–2 years of Angiography, Interventional Radiology, Vascular, or related procedural experience
  • Vascular/Interventional Radiography certification
  • ACLS certification
  • Experience working in a hospital-based procedural setting
