Job Summary
Assist cardiologists and radiologists in diagnostic and interventional procedures within the Interventional Radiology and Cath lab, including scrubbing, circulating, and monitoring invasive neurovascular cases. Perform angiograms with or without stent placement for cardiac, vascular, cerebral, and complex neurointerventional procedures such as aneurysm coiling and thrombectomy. Manage additional IR services including nephrostomies, vertebral augmentation, and port placement. Work a 10-hour day shift with call rotations covering overnight and weekend hours. Maintain ARRT or RCIS registry certification and current ACLS and CPR credentials. Overlake provides tuition reimbursement, retirement matching, and comprehensive benefits.
Required Qualifications
- AA/BA/BS degree through an accredited Radiology or Cardiovascular Technology program
- ARRT Registry (or registry eligible) and State Certification as Radiologic Technologist (RT)
- Registered Cardiovascular Invasive Specialist (RCIS) (or registry eligible) and State Certification as a Cardiovascular Invasive Specialist (IS)
- Current healthcare provider CPR certification
- Current ACLS
- 24 CME credits bi-annually
- Mandatory AIDS education
- 10 Hour Shift / Days
- Call shifts for urgent cases
- covering off hours (overnight & weekend)
Desired Qualifications

- Two years of related clinical experience
- Previous cardiac cath lab/interventional radiology/electrophysiology experience
